CASUAL UTILITY COACH
To provide world-class individual and group fitness class experience and lead by example in our progressive gym environment
Maintain our high-level of coaching in a class environment
Based on hourly rate of classes coached
Utility coaches should be expecting to coach minimum 2 hours of classes a week.
Coaches will be rewarded with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow along with the coaching team, as well as be a valuable part of our amazing community.
COACH & GYM MANAGER
To embrace and be passionate about The Gyms progressive practices in all things training, social and environmental. To produce high level life-changing results to your personal members & those in classes. To help your allocated members build long-lasting habits, achieve their goals, learn how to sustain a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym, and grow as people. To provide world-class individual and group movement class experience and lead by example in our progressive gym environment.
1) No experience is necessary for the right candidate but you must be committed to our education process
2) Book of up to 30 personal clients
3) Referral & loss of member requirements to be determined
4) Up to 10 class coaching hours to start
5) Approx 10 hours of administration / management tasks
6) General gym responsibilities
6) Invest in your own continued education in fitness & business
Base salary plus commission based on number of personal clients and results delivered.
The Coach/Manager will work directly alongside the gym owner learning all facets of the business. You will be rewarded with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow along with the coaching team, as well as be a valuable part of our amazing community.
